SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist on behalf of client, an Architecture Firm, in Dublin City Centre.
Our client work primarily in the residential industry delivering large scale projects in Ireland.
The Role Develop detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Prepare and coordinate construction documents, tender packages, and permit submissions in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits, review construction progress, and resolve technical issues on-site.
Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to produce accurate and efficient technical documentation.
Requirements Relevant qualification 5+ years experience AutoCAD and Revit proficiency Great communication skills Residential experience advantageous What's on Offer €52,000 - €65,000 salary D.O.E Bonus, Pension, 23 days AL Hybrid working 1 day a week.
