Cartridge Green is Ireland's leading provider of eco-friendly printer cartridges and print solutions, with two long-established stores serving both retail and business customers. Our flagship store is located in the bustling suburb of Dundrum/Clonskeagh, while our second store is located in Bray. We are now seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to lead day-to-day operations and drive the next phase of the company's growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operational management role covering our Dundrum Cartridge Green store. You will deal with the day to day operations of the store to include customer service, stock levels, and overall store performance. You'll be one of the key points of contact for daily operations and will work closely with management during an exciting growth period, including the introduction of new service lines.
This role offers the opportunity for fast growth within the business and a clear and available path to a senior managerial role with the next 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations .
* Maintain high standards of customer service.
* Oversee stock levels, production workflow, and quality control.
* Ensure store is organised, safe, and compliant with company standards.
* Handle escalated customer issues and support B2B clients.
* Complete daily/weekly reporting on sales, staffing, and stock.
* Support new initiatives (e.g., IT repair services rollout).
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in a retail, service, or a supervisor/manager position.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable using everyday technology (POS, email, Google Workspace).
* Experience with stock management or light production an advantage, but not required.
* A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to work.
