We're working with a leading international financial services firm to find a Corporate Secretarial Manager for a 15-month fixed-term contract.
This role supports a portfolio of fund clients overseas and involves board coordination, regulatory filings, and oversight of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities: Manage fund governance, board meetings, and statutory filings
Draft resolutions and maintain compliance
Liaise with service providers and registered offices
Mentor junior team members
Requirements: 5+ years' relevant company secretarial experience
Experience with offshore fund structures
ICSA qualification (completed or in progress)
Degree in Law, Business, or related field
