Responsibilities
Advising on the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable generation, grid and interconnector projects, storage and related assets.
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial, project and transaction documents, working as part of multi-disciplinary deal teams.
Advising clients on Irish and EU regulatory frameworks applicable to the energy and infrastructure sector.
Supporting senior lawyers on large-scale and complex transactions, with increasing responsibility for discrete workstreams.
Managing matters efficiently, with appropriate supervision of trainees and junior team members where required.

Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years' PQE, gained in corporate, projects, energy, infrastructure or finance practices.
Suitable candidates will have worked in a recognised practice in Ireland, the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
Experience, or a demonstrable interest, in energy and infrastructure work, including renewables and related regulatory or financing aspects.
Strong drafting skills and a clear, practical approach to legal issues.
Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute effectively within a team environment.
