Job Description
As a Banking and Finance Associate, you will be responsible for advising on fund finance facilities and structures, including direct lending by private credit funds. You will also support and advise on leveraged acquisition financing transactions, work on real estate investment and development financing matters, advise on enforcement strategies, stand‑still arrangements, and restructurings.
You will act for a domestic and international client base representing both lenders and borrowers. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities promoting the firm seeking new work opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Three to five years of post-qualification experience in banking & finance is required.
* A strong academic background with excellent written communication skills is necessary along with good commercial awareness.
