The Credit Management Services department plays a crucial role in the company's success. Our primary objectives are to provide expert Risk Management, maximising sales while minimising commercial risks, and efficiently collecting balances due to us to fuel future growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Reduce overdue debtor balances in line with monthly targets, ensuring timely collection of payments.
* Conduct thorough Credit Risk analysis, including credit report reviews and interpretations.
* Manage general credit control queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Monitor and manage credit limits according to our credit policy and insurance guidelines.
* Maintain close liaison with internal departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
* Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and account managers through proactive communication.
Additional Skills and Attributes
* Intermediate Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Outlook.
* SAP competency is preferred but not essential.
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy with data analysis skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a hardworking team to meet deadlines and targets.
