As
General Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operations of the accommodation centre, ensuring compliance with IPAS guidelines, delivering high-quality services, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
You will lead a diverse team, drive operational standards, and implement best practices to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the accommodation centre.
Ensure compliance with IPAS standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with best practice.
Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, IPAS representatives, and local community stakeholders.
Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Hotel General Manager
,
Deputy General Manager
, or
Operations Manager
within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
