Estimator Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates for various projects. This includes analyzing client requirements, conducting site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality bids.
* Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope, drawings, specifications, and client pricing documentation.
* Analyze quotations from vendors or subcontractors and perform technical evaluations to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to develop bid strategies that align with business objectives.
