Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Temporary Receptionist to join our team. This is a front-of-house role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to deliver outstanding first impressions to clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
2. Manage the switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as required
3. Oversee visitor registration, access cards, and meeting room bookings
4. Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
5. Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
6. Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office management
7. Support staff with travel bookings and day-to-day requests
Requirements:
8. Previous receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative experience desirable
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10. Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
12. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
