Site Manager - Retail (South Dublin) Location: South Dublin Full-time, Permanent Competitive Salary + KPI Bonus + Excellent Benefits About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead a busy convenience store operation in South Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the site, delivering excellent standards in customer service, fresh food, merchandising, and compliance. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading and developing a high-performing team.
