The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in transitioning construction projects to operational readiness, encompassing comprehensive inspections, meticulous documentation, and strict compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Systems Evaluation:
o Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems, to verify adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
* Documentation Management:
o Oversee the compilation and review of turnover documentation, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certifications.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with project engineers, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination regarding mechanical systems.
* Testing and Commissioning:
o Collaborate on testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that all mechanical systems are operationally ready.
* Quality Assurance and Compliance:
o Ensure that all mechanical systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Handover Support:
o Assist in the formal handover process, providing training and support to operations personnel.

Requirements:
