Residential Services
The post of Residential and Respite Coordinator will have a pivotal role in service planning, coordinating, and managing activity and resources within the residential and respite services attached to St Christopher's Residential and Respite Services. The main responsibilities are: quality assurance and compliance, resource management, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.

Qualifications and/ or experience:
* Each candidate must, at the latest date for receipt of completed applications for the post have the following
* A minimum ordinary Degree (QQI Level 7) in Nursing/Applied Social Studies/ Social Care/ other qualifications may also be considered
* Have at least 5 years post qualification experience in a similar setting (preferably in the intellectual disability sector), at least 3 of which must be at a Management/ Supervisor level.
* Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role
* Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development at the appropriate level with at least degree level attained in education.
* Have an appropriate Health/Social Care Management Qualification at a minimum of QQI Level 6
Experience
Experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and behaviours of concern.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of role
