We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our busy construction teams in Letterkenny and Donegal Town. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical experience, a great work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a variety of tasks to support daily construction operations, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting trades.
* Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assist in the installation and construction of site structures and systems as directed.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
* Uphold all company and site health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong practical knowledge of groundworks, concreting, and general site operations.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction effectively.
* Fluent in English with good communication skills.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
* Proficiency with standard construction tools and small plant equipment.
