Insight Executive or Senior Insight Executive
to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position based in Dublin, requiring 3 days a week in our office, collaborating with a highly experienced senior team on projects that shape strategies for some of Ireland's most exciting and high-profile brands.
You'll get stuck into:
* A wide variety of
research projects
with this role focussing on quantative research
* Helping turn data into stories and strategies that make a difference
* Supporting in the development of deeper relationships with clients
* Designing creative insight solutions to resolve client challenges effectively
* Learning and applying the latest analytics and AI tools to support and enhance insight generation
* Contributing to proposal development, analysis, and reporting
Who You Are
* You're
curious
by nature and fascinated by what drives people, culture, and behaviour
* You will be numerate, with an aptitude for data and an anaytical mind
* You might already have experience in market research, business consulting, strategic planning, or a related field; that would be great
* You have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with numbers
* You love asking questions and thinking in new ways
* You're excited by the potential of AI
and how it can support smart, creative work
* You love to work as part of a high impact, high performance team
* You bring
fresh thinking
and are eager to learn and contribute
