What This Job Involves
* Client/Stakeholder Management
o Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
* Procurement & Vendor Management
o Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
o Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
* Finance Management
o Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
o Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDE
* Health & Safety Management
o Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working
o Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
* Site Operations Management
o Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations
o Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
o Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
o Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
o Provide support for regular reporting packages
* Workorder Management
o Create, assign and follow up workorders in Corrigo in an accurate and timely manner
o Ensure seamless communication with vendor, requestor and team members to ensure workorders are completed within established SLA
o Manage and follow up quotes, estimates and proposals, ensure timely submission and seek approvals
* Risk Management
o Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program
o Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans
o Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
o Adhere to the firm’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures and strategies
* Performance
o Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
