Following our commitment to invest in low carbon projects over the next 5 years, we have significant growth plans and are well on our way to achieving our ambition to build a world that's more sustainable and inclusive for you, your family, the community you live in and for generations to come.Join us on our journey to net zero and help us power change.As an experienced IT Product Analyst, you'll join IT Product Analysis team to work on and lead the Product analysis on our Industry and Regulation & support the delivery of a portfolio of high-profile customer-facing initiatives to drive large-scale transformation.You'll oversee the analysis of IT projects and drive the delivery of business analysis work on multiple simple or individual complex projects in order to regularly achieve cost and timescale targets• Analyses, documents and marshal's requirements for the subsequent identification of an appropriate solution and the detailed design of a business process to accommodate it. Works with the business to understand and prioritise conflicting need• Undertakes responsibility for IT regulation work by ensuring that rules and practices are identified• Identifies and determines end-to-end business processes using standard methods• Presents business and technical concepts to process owners and business users• Identifies and assesses business and IT regulatory risk• Prepares succinct reports and communications that are tailored to different audiences• Contributes to documentation including Data protection and Cyber security guidelines and data flow.• Carries out in depth scoping exercises during the early stages of a work package to identify key issues of concern and to ascertain clear direction.Close collaboration with Solution Architects, Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Security & Compliance will be required to lead and embed mature agile methodologies, technology principles: decoupled design, cloud (SaaS / PaaS), DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code (IaC) & Security by Design.This is an exciting opportunity as we grow our Agile capability and it's an opportunity to be part of that change. You'll ensure successful delivery of products in coordination with the business stakeholders ensuring that efficient and appropriate portfolio governance is in place. The delivery of end to end project execution from business case through to final acceptance - including requirements gathering, design, development & SIT/UAT/Performance/Pen Testing - using Agile (SAFe, Scrum, XP) & Waterfall methodologies.What do we needYou'll have a broad IT background with demonstrable experience in Agile Project & Programme Delivery.
