Join us a Structural Engineer based in Cahir!Working within our Design team, the Structural Engineer will play a key role in supporting with structural design elements on projects.What you’ll do:Adherence to the Integrated Management SystemUndertake concept designs and planning projects at concept stage on a wide variety of buildingsResponsible for the production of Structural Engineering calculations for light gauge steel frames, associated hot rolled members and composite floor slabs.Delivering excellent project work within agreed deadlines and budgetInteract with clients and other project membersKeep management informed of important and relevant design decisions to make sure that the objectives of the company and the client are achievedRepresent Remagin and attend meetings clients and suppliers, with senior members of the teamUnderstanding of the detailed design process inclusive but not limited to the use of the software, adherence to the process and production of the manufacturing informationWhat you’ll bring:Experience working as a Structural Engineer, preferably within steel designStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team and alongside senior engineers and the external design team to provide engineering solutionsBachelor’s degree BEng / BSc or Masters degree MEng / MSc that meets the engineering academic requirements for ChartershipWe are named the world's #1 most trustworthy company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!Our culture – we connect & care about those around us.
