Job Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer at NMBI
The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer who will be responsible for implementing strategic priorities and leading an organization with over 93,000 registrants. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to promote and ensure public confidence in nursing and midwifery practices through effective regulation.
Reporting to the President of the Board, the successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, both strategic and operational. NMBI is looking for a candidate of the highest calibre, with proven senior leadership experience, ideally in health regulation, and a strong understanding of patient safety and public protection. Experience in leading complex projects or policy initiatives with diverse stakeholder demands is essential.
The role offers a comprehensive remuneration package at Point 4 of the Principal Officer Higher scale and supports work-life balance through blended working arrangements.
