We are currently seeking a Chef de PartieThe successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced café environment, including breakfast, brunch, and light meals.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standardManaging a designated section of the kitchen during serviceEnsuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are metAssisting with menu preparation and daily specialsMaintaining strict compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and hygiene regulationsEnsuring cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all timesMonitoring stock levels, stock rotation, and minimising food wasteWorking collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operationsRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience working in a professional kitchen environmentRelevant qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchenJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,337.76-€38,978.88 per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
