Job Title: Compensation Analyst

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing compensation analysis and operational support to various stakeholders.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
\
1. Provides front-line support in the prevention, resolution, and referral of questions or concerns regarding Benefits and Compensation.
\
2. Acts as liaison between benefit vendors and client employees.
\
3. Supports processes and procedures to ensure that compensation and benefit practices are in compliance with current legislation and company policy.
\
4. Completes planned and ad-hoc analyses in support of company initiatives.
\
5. Conducts data audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
\
6. Supports system user testing and validation.
\
7. Creates and implements internal team procedures while finding opportunities for continuous improvement.
\
8. Consults and builds relationships with all levels of operational management and Employee Success teams.
\
9. Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, metrics, and monitors the integrity and validity of the data reported.
\
10. Creates training materials and enables staff to perform their roles effectively.
\
11. Has advanced knowledge in Excel, including experience building analyses and models.
\
12. Prior experience in HR operations or shared services organizations is preferred.
\
13. Experience with case management systems and Workday is also a plus.
\
14. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, are essential.
\
15. A proactive and results-oriented individual with a commitment to quality and driving results is required.
\
16. Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
\
17. Resilient in the face of change with the ability to pivot, adapt, and perform in a rapidly changing environment.
\
