The Accommodation Manager is a key role in delivering an exceptional guest and member experience. This position oversees all housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless hotel operations.
* Maintaining departmental standards through effective stock control, budget management, and well-managed schedules.
* Monitoring the appearance, performance, and standards of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team.
* Rostering in line with operational requirements.
* Staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
* Attendance at Head of Department meetings.
* Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
* Purchase, storage, inventory, and control of all housekeeping-related items.
* Ensuring team members have up-to-date knowledge of room categories and amenities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant in a high-end, high-volume 4/5* hotel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A strong team leader who can motivate staff and drive results.
* High standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
* Ability to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
* Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
