Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Training Consultant to support the development of high-impact sales enablement content within the payments and acquiring space. This is a hands‑on role focused on shaping strategic messaging, training materials, and sales frameworks aimed at supplier‑facing environments.
You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver compelling sales narratives that shift the conversation from cost‑focused selling to value‑driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop acquirer‑level sales training toolkits
Reframe sales messaging from card acceptance costs to operational efficiency and value creation
Create supplier persona‑based sales strategies and messaging frameworks
Define and embed key volume/value KPIs to drive targeted sales engagement
Provide strategic direction on B2B sales enablement content and delivery
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training materials
Key Requirements
10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or commercial training
Strong background in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial services
Proven experience creating sales training content and go‑to‑market messaging
Ability to translate complex propositions into clear, compelling sales narratives
Experience working with supplier/vendor ecosystems
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
