Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about exceptional customer service, have previous experience in a similar role, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise between the team and manager to exceed expectations
* Motivate the team to stay on task
* Assist with inventory management, budget monitoring, and implement action plans
* Manage tills and process payments
* Support and train teams to excel in their roles
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
