AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner on behalf of our client, an established company within the pharmaceutical sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.
Job Role:
* Maintain long‑term SKU-level forecasts and provide monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers.
* To create, issue, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
* Monitor daily stock levels and assess coverage against customer demand, sales forecasts, and contractual commitments.
* Analyse variances, highlight emerging risks, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
* Build strong relationships with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders.
* Maintain complete and accurate operational documentation in line with SOPs.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in supply chain planning required.
* Educational qualifications within Supply Chain or similar.
* Strong Excel proficiency.
* Commercial awareness and analytical ability.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
