You will join a high-performing team delivering Pharmaceutical and Power & Renewables projects across Ireland and also hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. Responsibilities Lead electrical design across data centre projects As Lead Electrical Design Engineer you will mentor and guide engineering teams Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors Deliver designs across power, control, ICT, and life-safety systems Ensure compliance with EN/IEC, ETCI, and BS7671 standards Produce technical reports and project documentation Apply system modelling and analysis to support design decisions Resolve complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments Requirements 5-7 years electrical design experience Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field This Lead Electrical Design Engineer will need Data centre or mission-critical project experience Experience leading engineering or design teams Strong knowledge of EN/IEC, ETCI or BS7671 standards Proficiency in tools such as ETAP, Amtech, AutoCAD, Revit Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel (EU Passport is essential) Benefits Salary: €75k - €95k DOE Annual bonus Work on major hyperscale data centre projects Clear progression to Principal roles Ongoing training and professional development If you are a Lead Electrical Design Engineer who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
