Job Title: Youth Support Manager
The Centre provides residential care services to young people aged 16-17 seeking international protection. As a key member of the team, you will support the operational and strategic management of our services. This role involves leading, guiding, and supporting the social care team to deliver exceptional care to young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the social care team to ensure exceptional care to young people
- Support the operational and strategic management of our residential care services
- Uphold and promote child-centred values and policies while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Level 7 or 8 in Applied Social Care or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of three years' experience in social care with children/young people
- Full driving licence and access to a car for work-related travel
