Smith Groundworks are looking to hire an Experienced Site Foreman with excellent knowledge in Groundworks.As a Groundwork Site Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all groundwork activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all site-based groundwork operationsLead a team of groundworkers and subcontractorsEnsure health & safety standards are adhered to at all timesRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsLiaise with site management, engineers, office staff and clientsMaintain quality control and progress reportsManage materials, tools, and equipment on siteRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Foreman in groundwork or civil engineering projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and understand construction drawingsIn-depth knowledge of groundworks including drainage, foundations, concrete works, and servicesAll relevant ticketsMust be willing to drive the project forwardContact Job Type: Full-timePay: €21.00-€23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
