Role SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Business Analysis, International IT supports enterprise integration initiatives by bridging technical, functional, and business perspectives. The role provides tactical leadership, develops transition plans, ensures requirements clarity, and partners with shared services, solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders. The analyst must have strong systems integration knowledge, technical documentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.AccountabilitiesTactical LeadershipProvide advice and guidance to the EIT integration leadership team in support of technical goals and objectives.Develop and implement a process to handle pricing integration in a changing environment.Provide technical leadership to the EIT integration tactical team.Establish metrics that measure responsiveness and progress of integration initiatives.Develop and execute transition plans for build activities as integration objectives go live and transition to operational support.CommunicationAct as a communication link between the CAH EIT teams and logistics service providers (LSPs).Ensure that EIT changes are well understood.Serve as a touchpoint for stakeholders on technical aspects of projects.Ensure documentation for all pricing‑related integration topics is created, maintained, and clearly communicated.Shared ServiceWork with Shared Service organizations for interfaces, workflows, requirements, and technical support.Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure integration readiness, defect resolution, and alignment on technical designs.Technical Skills & CompetenciesFoundational understanding of system integration patterns, including real‑time, batch, event‑driven, and pub/sub models.Ability to support troubleshooting by reviewing logs, monitoring interface activity, and analyzing integration failures.Ability to create clear and detailed technical, functional specifications, interface specifications, and data mapping documents.Proficiency with documentation and requirements tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.Experience modeling business and technical processes using Lucidchart, UML, sequence diagrams, and workflow diagrams.Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and their application in integration environments.Understanding of hardware/software platforms, including operating systems, databases, application servers, and web technologies.Conceptual understanding of architecture standards, application design patterns, and database/operating system fundamentals.Ability to support timely resolution of system issues impacting mission‑critical production environments.Ability to evaluate high‑level requirements, perform options analysis, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.7+ years of experience in a related field.Demonstrated ability to provide successful delivery and/or support of technology solutions.Strong team relationship and trust‑building skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to present and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to lead, think strategically, generate ideas, and solve problems.Experience in mission‑critical environments.Inclusive HiringCandidates who are back‑to‑work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and veterans are encouraged to apply.
