Qualifications: 3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or a trade background 5+ years of experience in a similar site-based role Experience working on large-scale construction projects or hyperscale data centres is advantageous Experience in managing sub-contractors Safety Culture and Leadership: As a member of the project management team, you have the opportunity to influence onsite safety culture by demonstrating personal commitment, setting clear expectations, and effectively communicating safety policies. By modeling safe behaviour, prioritizing safety above productivity, and ensuring proper training and resources, you can foster an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the construction process.
