Sherry FitzGerald Radford have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to provide a professional, efficient administrative support service to their team.
This role will be based in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide assistance and support to the team.
* Manage telephone calls and the general public in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner.
* Coordinate and manage marketing for sales properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts.
* Prepare and produce brochures.
* Responsible for compliance on all files - Always ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded and up to date on RPS (CRM system).
* Support in dealing with incoming phone and email queries such as arranging viewings, surveys, buyer calls, call backs, and following up on sales.
* Provide overall administrative support to the business.
* Abide by the PSRA guidelines.
Key Requirements
* Previous administration experience.
* Accurate and appropriate in verbal and written communication/correspondence.
* Works collaboratively and builds rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* Manages workload effectively to ensure that every customer receives a professional service from Sherry FitzGerald Reilly.
* Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office products.
