The role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Healthcare Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the delivery of healthcare consulting projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic and operational improvements across the healthcare sector.The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuringdelivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk management, research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to business development activities. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of innovative healthcare solutions.Candidates should have:3+ years’ relevant healthcare project management experience, ideally within healthcare consulting or professional servicesStrong understanding of the Irish healthcare systemExcellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and organisational skillsA third-level qualification and project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)Clinical experience or change management certification would be advantageous but is not essentialOur client offers a collaborative, inclusive, and flexible working environment with strong opportunities for professional development, career progression, and continuous learning.
