We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable
Part-Time Accounts Person
Ten Hours Per Week. Hours Flexible.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong
background in office administration who enjoys working in a
supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Handling correspondence and filing
• Liaising with suppliers and customers
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
• VAT Returns
• PAYE / PRSI Returns
• Wages
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar office administration
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Competent with Thesaurus Payroll System
• Competent with Surf Accounts System
• Competent with ROS. ( Revenue Online )
• Competent with Banking Online
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Friendly and professional
