Learning Management System Specialist:
This role is central to our ongoing transformation objectives and essential to the operation of our learning infrastructure and risk compliance.
The Learning Management System Coordinator serves as the functional owner of our firm's Learning Management Systems, providing direct support to systems administrators and learners across the organization. Responsibilities include serving as the primary expert and power user of our LMS, supporting learning administrators, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system administration tasks, and supporting other people-related systems.
Additional responsibilities include advising and collaborating with business teams to understand and define their online training module requirements, developing and overseeing the creation of online learning modules using Articulate Rise, supporting technology risk evaluations, and participating in broader HR and learning system projects.
Key Features:
* System management, troubleshooting, and data handling expertise
* LMS administration and configuration experience
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with online learning content development
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Excel and other productivity tools
* Competent in delivering training to LMS administrators on system functionalities
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
* Self-driven, collaborative, and open to mentoring and growth
