We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated nursing professionals to work in various Community Nursing Units across the HSE Mid-West region.
This assignment will involve working in hospitals and community nursing units for a period of up to 3 months, providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.
Duties:
* Providing high-quality patient care in a community setting
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
* Developing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
* Engaging in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
* Holding a Registered Nurse (General) qualification
* A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
