Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee box room operations supporting cooked meats production
* Ensure correct boxing, labelling, and traceability of cooked meat products
* Coordinate with cooking, slicing, and packing departments to meet daily targets
* Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
* Monitor quality standards, weights, dates, and product presentation
* Train and supervise staff on safe handling of cooked meat products
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the box room in line with factory standards
* Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and correct use of packaging materials
* Report issues such as mislabeling, damage, or shortages to supervisors
* Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation and procedures are followed
Requirements
* People management experience
* Food production experience.
