Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the appropriate disposition of all products and their component materials through timely release of complete, accurate test results. 2. Maintain documentation accuracy for all tested materials. 3. Evaluate laboratory procedures in relation to regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance at all times. Ensure that current lab techniques/procedures/instrumentation are properly maintained. Initiate productivity improvement initiatives within your scope of supervision -Train subordinates as necessary, focusing on building technical expertise — Develop a working environment where best practices can be shared amongst colleagues
