Night Head Chef – Corporate Catering Facility
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Salary: €50,960 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Night Head Chef to lead the culinary operation within a busy corporate catering facility in Leixlip.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the night shift kitchen operation.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality food to company standards.
Supervise, motivate, and develop the kitchen team.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, HACCP, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives.
Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Support menu development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume catering, hospitality, or food service environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable.
Working Hours
This role operates predominantly on a Monday to Friday basis, offering an excellent work-life balance compared to traditional hospitality environments. However, flexibility is required during peak business periods, holidays, and special events to meet operational requirements.
