About you

Understanding of Ireland / UK healthcare systems and customer environment and solid working experience in accordance with IPHA / ABPI Code of Practice and compliance processes
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
Marketeer experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry including digital and omnichannel engagement
Demonstrated experience in project management and cross‑functional working
Self‑motivated high performer, working independently and as part of a team

About the role
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of brand plans, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio strategy and commercial priorities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, PR, events, and sales materials), ensuring consistency and compliance
Lead delivery of specific marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure alignment and approval of materials
Manage agency relationships for assigned projects, ensuring clear briefs, strong execution, and value for investment
Monitor brand performance metrics (sales, market share, campaign effectiveness) and provide regular updates to the marketing team
Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to support aligned brand execution
Contribute to a strong cross‑functional team culture, ensuring clear communication and shared ownership of objectives
