Specialising in providing comprehensive solutions for leading medical device manufacturers, we offer a range of solutions including mould and toll design, high quality injection moulds, extrusion tooling, jigs, fixtures and injection mould trialling and manufacturing.We operate from two distinct facilities in Sligo, a 1000 sqm purpose-built toolmaking plant in Loughill, Co, Sligo and a 1040 sqm facility, featuring a state-of-the-art Class 8 Medical Clean Room, located in Collooney, Co. Sligo.

Role Overview
In line with our company's expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves working in both our Cleanroom and White room environments at our Collooney, Sligo location.
Role and Responsibilities
* Working as part of the Manufacturing team to execute tasks in line with the production schedule.
* Perform a variety of tasks in Cleanroom and White room setting.
* Follow detailed work instructions to manufacturer a range of medical components and assemblies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and safety standards.
* Maintain product quality by adhering to work instructions and completing all associated documentation accurately.
* Operate test equipment for product testing
* Upkeep of work area in line with relevant procedures.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required
* Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Fluent English speaker.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Willingness and ability to learn and master new skills.
* High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components.
* Ability to follow proceduralised systems in performing tasks.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
