Senior Project Cost Manager
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Cost Manager to support the delivery of various projects. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and project phases, including conceptual studies, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cost Planning & Control: Prepare cost plans, budget estimates, and cost reports throughout all project phases, from concept development through commissioning.
* Tendering & Estimating: Prepare tender enquiry packages for contracts and analyse contractor bids.
* Scheduling & Earned Value: Provide input into earned value progress measurement during the design phase and collaborate on the preparation of project schedules.
* Data Management: Gather and retain historic data to benchmark project metrics for future planning.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in tools such as CostX, BuildSoft, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
