Role Description:

The Investment Banking Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution of financial transactions and providing analytical insight to help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives. This position involves working closely with senior bankers and clients on a wide range of projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, corporate valuations, and strategic advisory assignments. The analyst will perform detailed financial modeling, company and industry analysis, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and client presentations.

Key responsibilities include building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, and precedent transactions, and preparing transaction documentation. The analyst will also conduct market and industry research, analyze financial statements, and participate in due diligence processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, and commercial awareness. They are comfortable working with large datasets, communicating complex financial concepts clearly, and collaborating effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or accounting preferred; internship experience in investment banking is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively.
* High level of motivation, discipline, and professionalism with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
