Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Employment Location: Ormonde Street, Kilkenny / Millfield SC, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin / Pavillions SC Swords Co. Dublin / Jetlands S.C., Ennis Road, Limerick
Hours: 40 hrs/week
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal and branding consistency of our shop fronts across all store locations in Ireland. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee the maintenance, promotion, and performance of our digital platform.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong visual design sensibility, digital marketing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across both physical and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to improve the appearance and impact of shop fronts in all store locations.
- Ensure consistency in branding, signage, and overall visual identity across all stores.
- Oversee the daily management, updates, and content of the website.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Coordinate with designers, store managers, and external vendors for marketing materials and store updates.
- Analyze website performance and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices in digital and retail environments.
- Support the broader marketing team with events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or digital promotion roles
- Proven experience managing both digital presence and customer-facing brand presentation
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools, and customer engagement strategies
- Experience working with tools such as Canva, Google Maps, Facebook Marketplace, and other digital platforms to boost visibility and engagement
- Comfortable coordinating visual improvements for physical locations based on customer feedback and market trends
- Familiarity with website content updates, online customer experience, and promotion of services/products via digital channels
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including budget planning and resource management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in tools like Excel, Tableau, and project management software
