About the Job
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective functioning of all equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of maintenance professionals while providing guidance, training, and support.
* Conduct performance reviews and development plans for the maintenance team.
* Structure, organize, and manage shift patterns for the maintenance team.
* Provide overall leadership and development of the Maintenance team.
* Oversee the maintenance operations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
* Evaluate and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
* Represent the Maintenance department at management meetings.
* Complete regular reports on operations and performance.
Requirements:
* Senior Level Qualification in Maintenance/Engineering
* Proven experience (at least five years) in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Computer Literacy is essential with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience in managing budgets and reporting
* Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
