About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, completion, and maintenance of HR reports, metrics, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Run and circulate HR monthly reports to the business as required.
* Work closely with the Recruitment provider and HR Business Partners on an ongoing basis to produce appropriate metrics for Board and EMT requirements.
* Work with the Governance team to ensure HR compliance with process and procedure creation and reviews.
* Represent the HR team on the internal Risk Management Committee.
* Prepare HR data for audit and maintain data to ensure HR is audit-ready.
* Lead/support the review and updating of all company HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.
* Support the L&D team with scheduling of learning activities, including event planning, logistics, and participant attendance.
* Manage and monitor the centralised L&D mailbox.
* Support the implementation of the Learning Management System, manage administration, and develop online training content.
* Manage L&D billing and invoicing, working closely with the Finance team.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification, ideally in a relevant discipline or currently studying HR.
* 4 years plus year's HR-related experience, preferably in a similar role.
* Sets high standards of performance for self and others.
* Previous experience in HR Software systems, ideally Bamboo HR.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
