A key member of our team is required to join us in Dublin to work on a Data Centre project. Our client is interested in reviewing profiles for experienced Quantity Surveyors with MEP and/or CSA bias who have successfully overseen project costs and secured sub-contractor packages.
Responsibilities
* Take measurements of work packages from drawings and apply rates to prepare package pricing.
* Administer the project budget as instructed by the Project Director.
* Handle all relevant communications with the client, ensuring timely responses are given at all times.
A successful applicant will possess:
1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
7+ years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation — this includes management roles.
