Junior Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
