We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team at our Family run Bar & Restaurant, working directly under our Food and Beverage Manager.
As our lead Bar person you will be responsible for the serving of all beverages including Barista duties for service staff to serve to our dining guests, serve and be mindful of regular guests in the bar area and operate our function bar as required.
You will have a strong customer service background with focus on making the guest feel welcomed and at home.
Attention to detail and service in a timely manner are essential for this role.
You will be working four days over seven, Thursday to Sunday.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years experience in a busy Gastro Bar
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to commute reliably
Barista experience a serious advantage
Weekday Evenings and Weekend availability
Working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and stock rotation
Knowledge of responsible sale of alcohol and licensing laws
