Our Workforce team is growing andwe'recurrently seeking an experienced Senior Managerin HR Technology and Transformation.This is a strategic leadership role responsible foradvisingand managing effectiveHRISimplementationsandotherworkforce technologytoolsthat support our clients across various sectors.**Purpose-led workyou'llbe part of:**You will work and lead teams, playing a key role in helping our clients solve complex HR Technology and Transformation problems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading client engagement teams and working with a variety of clients to drive HR technology,strategyand transformation for HR functions across industriesLead andcollaborate withAlternative Delivery Models(ADM)and HR Shared Services (HRSS) frameworks to enhance service delivery modelsLeading and managing end-to-end HR Technology and Transformation engagements, ensuring alignment with clientobjectivesand PwC methodologiesSupporting clients to develop and implement strategies to enhance and optimise HR processes, technology,systemsand organisational designCollaborating with clients to assess current HR capabilities,identifyareas for improvement, and design future-state HR modelsIntegratecutting-edgetechnology that supports and elevates HR functions, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectivesDemonstrating a thorough understanding of complex change concepts specifically within HR technology implementation, andsupporting clients with change management activities for these projectsLeading and managing HR cloud technology implementation projects (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or Workday) and enabling data analytics following the implementationCollaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creationBuild andmaintainstrong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related mattersAnticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutionspre-emptivelyLead,mentorand develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration,innovationand continuous feedbackContribute to business development efforts, includingidentifyingnew opportunities, preparing proposals, andparticipatingin client presentationsDevelop and successfully managing project budgets and commercialsIdentifyingand resolving risks and issues throughout programme delivery.Handling a multi-tasking environment, meeting deadlines, and working with a wide range of internal external stakeholdersSkills and Competencies:Strong business development acumenStrategicthinkingand leadershipDeal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situationsClient and Stakeholder ManagementSupply technical knowledge in HR Technology and TransformationAbility to lead and manage inter-disciplinary teamsInitiate and lead open conversations with teams,clientsand collaborators to build trustStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse and interpret dataA strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficient use of the Microsoft suite of applicationsand tools like power BIUphold the firm's code of ethics and business conductQualifications / Experience:Experience leading and implementing a HR Technology or Transformation project (e.g. SAP, Workday or Oracle or other Tier two solutions)A recognised University Degree, preferably in HRM and a minimum of 8+years of experience in HR Technology, Transformation, or HR consulting, with a proventrack recordof managing complex projectsA good understanding of Irish employment law and its implications for HR practicesStrong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of HR processes, systems, and technologies, including HRIS, talent management, and workforce analyticsIn depth knowledge of HR strategies, processes and best practices with experience leading and managing HR transformation projects, Alternative Delivery models, Sharedservicesand offshore centresProficiencyinleveragingHR technologies including HRIS to optimise HR functionsAbility to build andmaintainstrong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
