Full job description

We are looking for a highly efficient receptionist with a great personality to join our our patient happiness team.

The successful candidate will work 16-25 hours per week. Specific hours can be negotiated however the clinic does open and shifts will be within these hours.

The role involves the meeting and greeting patients & providing super customer care. Excellent telephone manner is essential and computer literacy is a must.

If you are a helpful, caring individual, that enjoys a busy work environment and enjoys working as part of a team, then this role could be ideal for you.

The successful candidate will work in a fun and caring environment. You will get to work alongside experienced Physiotherapists and other professional team members, sharing ideas and learning new skills.

Staff Care as well as Patient Care are core to our ethos.

Duties include:

* Working primarily on reception
* Offering all of our new and existing patients a 5 star service.
* Ensuring that all clients receive a genuine, warm, friendly and courteous welcome on arrival and throughout their stay.
* Managing incoming calls (External and Internal) from multiple lines
* Managing our patient booking system
* Responding to all queries and requests(email & phone) in an appropriate and timely manner.
* Carrying out all reception duties
* Ensuring all payments are processed correctly
* Recording payments and entering data

Personal Requirements

* The successful candidate will have a strong focus on providing consistently high standards of customer service, administration and team-work
* Must be highly efficient and organised
* Self Starter/Superior Customer Service.
* Must have very confident communication manner
* Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for details are essential.

Previous experience in a service industry such as Physiotherapy or Medical is an advantage.

Experience with appointment booking systems would be an advantage.

Administrative Duties:

* Scheduling
* Carrying out requests from management as needed
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
* Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

* Processing payments
* Balancing day sheets for the Bookkeeper
