About The Role
We're looking for a
Bookings Co-ordinator
to join our central team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' shifts are filled efficiently, while providing excellent communication and service to both staff and clients.
This is a
fast-paced, people-focused role
that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily and weekly staffing requests from hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities
* Allocate available nurses and healthcare assistants to shifts via our internal system
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency staff
* Monitor shift fulfilment, cancellations, and last-minute cover
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in bookings, scheduling, rostering, or administration (healthcare, recruitment, or hospitality preferred)
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Confident phone manner and ability to work under pressure
* Strong IT and system skills (Excel, CRM, or scheduling software)
* A positive, proactive attitude and team mindset
